Role Overview
We’re seeking a talented Content Producer to craft compelling narratives that bring Y TREE’s mission to life. You’ll create engaging, FCA-compliant content across our website, social media, emails, and client communications, driving brand awareness, increasing engagement, and fuelling growth among high-net-worth individuals. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you’ll execute our editorial calendar, support user journeys, and contribute to our overarching business objectives.
This role is perfect for a creative wordsmith who thrives in a dynamic environment, blending AI ideation, audience insights, and strategic copy to build trust and advocacy. You’ll handle full content creation, from reels, podcasts and videos to motion graphics and creative design, ensuring seamless, multi-channel experiences that attract qualified prospects and engage our influential community —including their children. In a hybrid London-based setup, you'll have room to grow fast in a collaborative team that values bold ideas.
The Role
Content creation: Develop, compelling, FCA-compliant copy for the Y TREE website, social media, email campaigns, and client communications. Collaborate with our PR agency to produce materials for panel discussions and partner with creative freelancers to create multimedia content, including storyboarding videos, scriptwriting for podcasts, and delivering unique event and webinar assets.
Editorial calendar delivery: Execute the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, high-quality content that aligns with brand goals and user journeys and is consistently published.
Social media strategy: Deliver against our social strategy, creating posts, reels, and videos that boost engagement and attract high-net-worth prospects across owned platforms.
Growth strategy contribution: Support growth by identifying “how to show up” (e.g., content formats) and “how to win” (e.g., personalised content for C-suite executives).
Data-driven insights: Analyse sentiment and behavioral data to understand audience needs and optimise content performance.
User journey support: Craft content that aligns with product activations and brand experiences, ensuring messaging resonates across channels, applying SEO and AI-powered search engine best practice for targeted reach.
Editing and proofreading: Edit and proofread all content to maintain clarity, consistency, cohesion, and compliance.
Collaboration: Work across teams to fulfill the broader team's content requirements.
Performance tracking: Measure success using KPIs and refine content based on insights, optimising for large language models.
Requirements
The Technical Bit
5+ years as a copywriter, content producer, or similar role, ideally in financial services, a premium lifestyle brand, or B2C marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Exceptional ability to write engaging, concise, and FCA-compliant copy for websites, social media, emails, and client communications.
Technically savvy: Skilled in using AI tools for content ideation, hyper-personalised communications, and creative design concepts; strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimisation, and GEO best practices, with the ability to produce copy and content in line with these.
Experience interrogating sentiment data and analysing behavioral data to inform content strategies and craft audience-centric content.
Multimedia production: Hands-on experience with reels, video production, graphic design, and podcasts for owned and non-owned channels.
Experience with content management systems, email platforms, analytics and design tools, and multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Premiere).
A diverse portfolio showcasing content across digital platforms and thought-provoking copy for B2C audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
