Team Overview
The Platform Teams are the backbone of our infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent end-user support. Aligned with principles of robust and operationally focused teams, we support the company's growth by leveraging our diverse technical skills.
We are looking for a motivated and capable Platform Administrator to join our team. While this role sits within the support function, your primary focus will be the administration, governance, and improvement of our core technology platforms. You will act as a key escalation point for the Service Desk, taking ownership of complex technical issues and assisting with major projects like our MDM migration.
This is an individual contributor role that bridges the gap between Support and Engineering, offering a blend of deep operational responsibility and the opportunity to drive technical maturity across our systems.
The Role
Act as the primary administrator for our Identity Providers (Entra ID and Google Workspace), managing the full lifecycle of user access, SSO integrations, and RBAC policies.
Configure and refine Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies via Microsoft Intune for our mixed fleet of macOS and Windows devices.
Implement, support and monitor the core SaaS and Infrastructure platforms (including AWS, Slack, and Atlassian), ensuring configurations meet operational standards.
Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for complex issues escalated by the Service Desk (via Jira), acting as the technical backstop for the team.
Assist the team with key technical projects, including our ongoing migration from ManageEngine to Intune, handling testing, deployment, and user support.
Administer the on-premise Production and Development Infra (Hypervisor, VM, K8 and Firewall)
Take ownership of and support the creation of new systems developed by Platform Engineering in the Cloud
Identify manual administrative tasks and automate them using scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell) or workflow tools to reduce toil.
Maintain high-quality technical documentation (Confluence) for system configurations and processes, and mentor junior team members to improve their technical capability.
Support the maintenance of security standards by ensuring timely patching, vulnerability management, and correct configuration of security tools.
About You
Required Skills
Deep understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) and Google Workspace administration or similar, including SSO, SAML, OIDC, and Conditional Access policies.
Proven experience managing device fleets (macOS/Windows) using Microsoft Intune or similar MDM solutions.

Familiarity with hypervisors like Proxmox and managing Linux/Windows VMs.
Experience managing and supporting enterprise SaaS tools (Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.).
Strong ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues across OS, Network, and Application layers.
Ability to write and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to automate administrative tasks and API interactions.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
